1) Children must be controlled around the pony at ALL times.
2) No dogs running loose.
3) $100 deposit required in order to reserve your party.
4) For refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
5) All children require the signature of their parent/guardian to ride the pony.
6) If you choose to have an Express party, we are not to be held liable for any hoof marks on your lawn.
7) We will be responsible for cleanup of any manure.
8) Must have room to park truck and horse trailer.
